Hi, I’m Simona. Storyteller. Researcher. Circle facilitation.
My personal story.
The day my mother gave me my first diary, was the day I began to write. It was a small A5, white, spongy-like cover, with black ballerina shoes and pink flowers on the front, with simply Diary written on it. It had its own gold set of keys and lock, safeguarding this newly found form of expression. Who knows what the tales of an eight year old may be?
My report writing and research experience derives from years of research at University, and whilst working at the Institute for Sustainable Futures, University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
I have written a number of reports for organisations developing their ideas to apply for grants, conducted research and data analysis on their behalf, and taken on the streets to survey businesses related to current environmental challenges. The fields of experience include: community and social enterprise, women’s organisations, environmental research projects, permaculture, sustainable living and organic food growing, music and the arts.
In the recent years, I have facilitated women’s circles, meditation circles, and I am training as a Non-Violent Communication Practitioner.
Currently, I volunteer as an online circle facilitator and support contact for facilitators of Red Tent Australia organisation, and I am a part of their grants and funding team.
